These classes are suitable for everyone regardless of background or previous experience.
Each class consists of guided meditation, instruction, and discussion and lasts approximately an hour and a half. Afterward there is an opportunity to chat over refreshments.
You can choose either to sit on a chair or a cushion.
Classes are self-contained so you can attend any you choose. However you may receive more benefit from attending a whole course and so gain a full understanding of the subject.
